Our Programs
Texas Home Living (TxHmL): The TxHmL program provides essential services and support to Texans with intellectual and developmental disabilities or related conditions, enabling them to continue living in the community they love. These services are designed to supplement, not replace, other program services, ensuring comprehensive care.
Home and Community-Based Services (HCS): HCS is one of the largest Medicaid waiver programs, offering a wide range of services to individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) or related conditions. Recipients must be Medicaid eligible and live in their family home or their own home, where they can thrive in a supportive environment.
