why donate?

64 MILLION AMERICANS HAVE A DISABILITY OF SOME KIND
3.4 MILLION OF THOSE ARE IN TEXAS

Most families may have to wait 7-20 years to receive governmental assistance for help with their daily living needs. This is why our nonprofit exists.

Your donations
helps us fill the need

 ENCOURAGES CONNECTION

It’s not easy being a caretaker to a loved one with a disability or special needs. It can be downright scary at times, so Bridges shares some of that burden through:

  • Parent Support Groups
  • Community Awareness Programs
  • Resource Navigation
  • Additional Knowledge and Information
  • Reach more families

ENHANCES CONNECTION

When you see that all human beings have incredible potential, you can’t help wanting to show the world your vision. Bridges creates community connections through:

  • Social programs and training classes
  • Dances and Community Outings
  • Public Education Conferences
  • Autism Support Groups
  • Meaningful Friendships and Relationships Building

EMPOWERS CONNECTION

The team’s educational roots mean that skills training and talent development are at the core of everything, from classroom to community:

  • Job Placement Services
  • Job Coaching Services
  • Paid and Unpaid Work Experience
  • Employer Collaboration
  • Vocational Training
  • Skill Development Classes
Without your donations, our clients and their families suffer. Our resource center will have less impact.
